Based on a growing body of research, my own personal health struggles, and experience with clients, I believe that there are far too many people needlessly suffering from symptoms that are related to chronic inflammation and an imbalance in the gut microbiome.  I'm here to help you put an end to the guesswork and develop an eating plan as unique as you are.

As a healthcare practitioner, I strive to provide compassion, dedication, and science-based treatment for the most effective results:

  • I believe that compassion and empathy are the key to really helping clients.  My own struggles with an autoimmune condition and food sensitivities in combination with my nutrition education and professional experience make me uniquely qualified to deliver the best results.

  • I am dedicated to providing flexible, dependable service to my clients.  Because I am available for in-person, video or phone consultations, I am free to see you anywhere you are, with more flexible appointment times.

  • The foundation of my practice is evidence-based nutrition care.  It is extremely important to me that the care I provide is based on scientific principles to ensure the safest and most effective treatment.

Education & Background:

I received Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nutrition from Arizona State University.  I have 3+ years experience in clinical nutrition in a hospital setting, working with patients with all types of health conditions.  I received a diagnosis of Sjogren's syndrome after having my second child, and was able to put my symptoms into remission by following the LEAP eating plan based on my MRT food sensitivity test results and by addressing my vitamin and mineral deficiencies as identified by the Spectracell micronutrient test.  I then studied for and received my Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT) certification so that I can help others struggling with food sensitivities as well.

I live in Portland, OR with my husband and two daughters.  I love reading, trying out new recipes, singing karaoke, going out to local restaurants, enjoying the beautiful Oregon scenery, and hanging out with my family.

I started Your Time Nutrition so that I can help people find their way back to health through food. Let me help you get there too!
